Free Whitening
For Life

Get scanned after your next hygiene appointment and receive a custom pair of take-home whitening gel trays + 1 gel whitening tube. Then receive 1 complimentary gel whitening tube in 6-month intervals at the time of your hygiene appointment!
 
To qualify for our Free Whitening for Life Program, an individual must:
  1. Be 18 years of age or older
  2. Receive a dental cleaning, comprehensive dental examination, and full mouth X-rays at our practice within 24 hours before starting the Program
  3. Have a healthy mouth free of dental disease and be cleared by Dr. Trevino to participate in the Program
  4. Pay an enrollment fee of $150
  5. Keep their preventive visits current (to include a minimum of twice yearly hygiene appointments) and provide at least a 24-hour cancellation notice prior to any dental appointment in order to continue receiving complimentary gel whitening tubes.
